Unwind with this delightful mocktail recipe made with vitamin and antioxidant rich strawberries and soothing lavender for a sweet night of slumber.

Welcome to our Bedtime Mocktail Series. We’ve partnered with mixologist and mocktail recipe creator, Natalie Battaglia, to bring you simple and nourishing non-alcoholic recipes that will help you sleep better.

If you love the sweet taste of strawberries and the calming scent of lavender, we have the perfect mocktail recipe for you.

Juicy strawberries and floral lavender just happen to pair perfectly and today we combine them to create a simple, delicious mocktail designed to help you relax at night.

Strawberries are not only packed with Vitamin C, they also happen to be rich in melatonin, which is a hormone in your body that plays a role in sleep and helps to regulate the sleep-wake cycle by helping lower cortisol levels, a stress hormone that can interfere with sleep. The process of pureeing the strawberries in this recipe ensures that you are consuming every nutrition drop and none goes to waste as well.

Lavender tea, on the other hand, offers a delicate and soothing experience for the senses. Lavender has a long history of medicinal use and is widely revered for its calming properties, as well as helping with mood and anxiety

With the addition of cleansing lemon juice and a touch of maple syrup to sweeten, this simple but glorious combination of flavors is delicious to sip and designed to evoke a sense of calm and relaxation after a long day.

You can enjoy this natural blend still, or with a splash of soda water if you prefer some bubbles.
