When the weather cools down and the leaves start to fall, there is nothing more comforting than a warm, spiced mocktail to wrap your hands around in the evening. This soothing blend of apple cider, cinnamon tea, lemon, and a touch of maple syrup is the perfect cozy sip for Fall, Thanksgiving gatherings, or any time you need a calming moment to reset and relax.

So, why do these ingredients feel so relaxing? This warm mocktail brings together a beautiful mix of sweetness, spice, and slight acidity. Even better, each ingredient carries benefits that make this drink as nourishing as it is delicious.

Warm apple cider is naturally rich in antioxidants, which can help support overall wellness. The warmth adds an instant comfort factor, making it perfect for cooler evenings.

Cinnamon tea is known for its warming properties and has been linked to supporting healthy blood sugar levels and digestion. When brewed as a tea, it adds a gentle spice that pairs just perfectly with apple flavors.

Fresh lemon juice adds brightness and balance, cutting through the sweetness and enhancing the overall flavor. It also brings a touch of vitamin C…win win!

A dash of maple syrup offers a deep, caramel-like sweetness and a rich autumn aroma. We love using maple syrup as a flavorful and natural way to sweeten mocktails.

This cozy sipper is just perfect for holiday gatherings, after-dinner drinks, or simply slowing down and taking a pause during the busy festive season. We just know you’ll love it!
