Ingredients
- 10 blueberries – fresh or thawed
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 cup chilled lavender tea
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: extra blueberries and/or edible flowers to garnish
Method
Place the blueberries, maple syrup and lemon juice in your glass and muddle until the blueberries have burst and the juices are released. Add ice then top with your chilled lavender tea. Add a pinch of sea salt if you wish, then stir well to combine.
Garnish with your choice of blueberries and/or edible flowers and serve.

- I love using thawed blueberries in my mocktails. They are often fresher and more vibrant in color, giving your mocktail that gorgeous purple hue.
- Lavender tea is often available found at grocery stores or easily sourced online. Be sure to choose food grade lavender. If you’re making your own tea using fresh lavender, make sure it hasn’t been sprayed with pesticides or other nasties.
